Technical can't take profecion

hello i had herb profecion now i want to change it to another one and i can't have only 1 profecion and can't take another one .

You likely have 2 main professions already. You have to open your character profile ("c") go to skills tab, find your skills, they both will have a little box with a circle and a cross through it. If you click on the one next to the profession you wish to unlearn, it will ask if you want to unlearn it, you press yes (assuming its the profession you wish to unlearn) and then will have a free profession slot.
