WotLK Garadar bulletin board quest bugged in nagrand

sorry I dont know if this is the right place to post this, but I just tried to take the quest in nagrand at he horde base camp garadar from the bulletin board, but its bugged, not giving me the quest.

Check your reputation with said faction. In Ourland lots of quests are locked behind reputation levels. There must be introducing quest for Garadar + you can kill ogres and collect their warbeads to get reputation
