WotLK Netherwing Mounts

Hey, just wanted to ask if it's still possible to obtain the Netherwing mounts because I did the chain quest and got exalted but I don't know where to go to purchase them:(

I believe you purchase them from the guy in Shattrath city right? In the lower city, you should see a guy with a bunch of Netherwing dragons around.

I found out the issue, I didnt have the Artisan Riding with 5k gold, now I fixed it, thank you guys:)
