Hi,
I was playing WOW Wotlk frost realm all fine since many days. Right now, when I am logging in, it lets me play for 15-25 seconds but gets disconnected from the server. My internet is working fine and i do not have any ongoing downloads. I have not changed any settings within my PC & I was playing fine till now.
Once i DC, it says player with same name exists. I have to close the game to be able to login again.
Kindly help.

does this happen with all characters or just one?
Btw try to disable all of your addons before to log in

The player with the same name exists, stops in about a minute or two, The server keeps your character online for some time after you disconnect .

I have the same problem. the disconnect is happen at random time. it can be after 5 mis or it can be after 1 hour of playing.
I am also playing winter-wow wotlk server (with completely different game folder file) and this never happened to me. I also have stable internet connection.
I download from the download link in warmane website, and then i add elfui addon.
I tried playing without addon (fresh from download) and with addon, both of them cause random disconnected.
Same like anishyk123, Once i DC, it says player with same name exists. it takes around 20-30 seconds to be able to login.
This happen very often (even during raiding and boss fight) and cause big problem (wipe and no EOF/drop).

Just adding to this I am experiencing it as well. Worked fine for a few months then it started throwing me out of multiple characters. About to reinstall to see if that helps because it's a pain getting the 'Deserter' debuff for 15min when it's wasn't on purpose. Sometimes I'll even get signed back in before the BG ends and I still get the debuff.
