Site IP Banned for advertising? Was using a VPN and I didn't even log in.

I got this message when I logged into the main website with a free VPN taking me to the netherlands IP.

I live in England and as far as I know, my account has never been compromised, nor have I ever advertised and the IP address stated is located in Netherlands.

Can you please revert this, my IP is in england, because that's where I am, not this random one that's got me banned?
