Is Ashan band change buged?

Hey guys
I am a fury warrior. And i need to change my Ashen band of Endless might to Ashen band of Endless Vengeance.
But the NPC in icc did not respond me whatever i pressed “continue” or “cancel”.
So could u guys help me to figure out the reason of this problem？
Or could u plz tell me the rightful way to change my band.
Thanks anyway and wish u have a nice trip in Icecrown.

Disable addons, if you have any. If it still doesn't work, contact GM via in-game ticket (the red question mark).
