    Taking back my name?

    I'm looking to play in Season 3 of Frostmourne, and would have liked to try and reserve my name. I was informed that leveling to 10 with my character will reserve my name, but the name is taken by a level 1 character with nothing on it. Is there a way to figure out of this character is inactive and delete it so I can begin to level and reserve the name? PLEEEEASE!
