i donated last night to your website but i have still not received my coins i have been to my bank and then money is pending. So im just wondering whats going on and how long i will have to wait to get my coins.

"Pending" means the merchant - in this case Paymentwall, the service we use as middleman to manage all donations - hasn't processed the transaction yet and no funds have been removed. Essentially you haven't donated anything yet, the bank just "sets aside" that money until the transaction is confirmed so you can't try to use it twice.

I have still received nothing i have tried emailing but have had no reply. i would like to know what's going on as I have payed for a service i cant contact payment wall because when i donated i didnt receive a transaction number so i have no way of tracking the order.
have you ever successfully donated on warmane before?
If yes, it means your account is "premium". So you may also look for support by opening a ticket on website:
https://www.warmane.com/account -> supprt -> create ticket -> general enquiry
If your account is not premium, you can only contact warmane via [email protected]
So wait for a reply (since you have contacted them already)
Prepaid cards are the way.
Our Support can take a couple days to reply, especially if it's something they have to verify first. I'm sorry this is causing you these issues (first time I've seen this about stuck as pending, as far as I can remember), but like I said the first time, if your bank is listing the transaction as "Pending" still, you haven't "paid" anything, your donation is literally in limbo, held by the bank until there's a confirmation or the attempted transaction times out. Your money is safe and we haven't received or touched any of it.

I'm guessing it will be pending until you provide them pictures of your ID. There's probably dozen or so old threads about paymentwall being slow or requesting pictures of ID to process the donation. So keep tabs on your email as well, might have gotten something from paymentwall.
I'm having the same issue, but i used the CVS Egift card to donate. i've done this many of times in the past and the coins showed up almost instantly. paid via gift card. the money was removed from the card. that is a fact but i didnt get any coins for the donation. very strange.
Gifts are working fine.
Buying Coins from "friends," though, those never arrive, because they're scams.
That's even if they have screenshot of it, which I'm sure they sent you. If you sent money to "a friend" to get coins, that isn't your friend, that's a conman. Try to get your money back, if possible.
