Technical Critical Error in Blackrock Depths - Frostmourne

I can't play the game. I cant log on my character, everytime i login i get critical error from the loading screen. Basically the whole raid gets a critical error in that place and we can't even login back

I can't do the character unstuck option from the site for some reason... It doesn't give me the option to. ANY IDEA on what to do and how to play the game?

Same here, but with Deadmines. My character is Guinevere. We need an unstuck option.

I think the dungeons have some bug that gives us critical error. We should try questing instead, its really pissing me off since i lost 2 hours of gameplay for nothing.

The critical error happens. Has been happening since Vanilla Retail. Yes, the private server is most likely more prone to it, but there isn't much they can do. On top of that, you're not giving much information. What is your PC build? Ram usage? CPU usage? Are your files corrupted? When was the last time you installed the client? What other programs are running?

I used to get a critical error at least once a day....I downloaded the client, saved the file as an archive, and every week I re-install and use a backup of my WTF folder so I don't have to redo all my addons....Haven't got a critical error in over a year.

Edit: Checked now Frostmourne's services and indeed there's none. Your best bet is waiting staff for a fix.

Link didn’t work cause it’s not available.

Looked like my whole BRD group had the same issue.
Only happening on the character stuck in BRD, folder removal and other changes had no effect.

Please unstuck to see if it fixes it
