Hello, while doing solo que, suddenly my monitor screen went black, PC was still running and monitor was ON, alt tab didnt work and task manager also didnt work ( it didnt open )

I had only chrome and wow open, anyone knows what was the cause of this thing?

I lost -22 solo que rating and 15 mins deserter.
