WotLK No In-Game sound

Today my sound has gone out all of a sudden. It has been working the last couple of days. My sound is toggeled on, sound mixer does not have the game muted, and volume is up. Hardware does show disabled in the Sound Logs. I'm not sure how it got disabled or how to re-enable if that it the issue.

Looks like I randomly fixed it. I saw an option that says "Headphone Mode". Enabled that and now I can hear in game
