WotLK LF WoTLK Client w/ WoD modles only

Hello,

I am looking for a WoTLK-client that is just the same as the retail version with the only exception that character models are from WoD/Legion.

I used to have it but added new mount/tiles/tree/water models etcetera to the WoW files and that started giving me crashes so I uninstalled it and re-installed the client from Warmane yesterday. I was sad to realize that this client also contains the same graphical updates that I do not want. This also causes me mini-freezes that I did not have before.

Does anyone know from where I can download a version of WoTLK where only the character models themselves are HD/from WoD/Legion?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It seems you are free to download only the HD Character model:
"patch-H.MPQ - HD Character Models"

Thanks for your reply.

That is the one I used to use. I tried deletingall the other patch files (saved the patch-H that you mentioned) but that just made all the character models completely black with green hair (armor etc still had the correct color). That's when I decided to uninstall it completely and install a new version from Warmane (only to find out it also had all the updated graphics).

Also that link doesn't contain the download to a 3.3.5 client from what I can find, just the updated graphics for it.

They are only patches that you can add to your game. Client isn't included.

I've used 4, 5, 8, D, F, G, H, S, T, Y -patches from that thread. I haven't had issues with them.

With updated models, I recommend getting Large Address Aware which allows your WoW client to use more than 2GB RAM.
