Technical Stuck I am ''ghost'' party

My name is Aldtra on the new Frostmourne server and to explain my problem is that after a bugged dungeon I got stuck in a group I can't leave no matter what I do (unstuck, command leave group, going off for an hour or anything else). To make the matter worse I am not the group leader or have any options whatsoever as my ui reacts as if I was not in a group but when I go to invite my friend or vice-versa it says I am in a group. The person I should be in a group with is actually a horde as I cannot find their name on /who. So I am stuck being unable to do quests with friend and/or to do dungeons. I am pretty frustrated as I freshly came to Northrend and waiting for any response could take days so I am here trying as many ways as I can. Cheers
