    from 60 fps to 10

    Greetings!
    I have an issue with wich i litteraly can`t play this game. After i log in into the world my fps seems to be fine (55-60), but after lik 5 minutes of doing my things or just standing something wierd happens. When i moving my cursour on other player/npc/other place on my screen fps dropds from 60 to 15.
    Also when i`m trying to turn in OBS (to record this issue) everything returns to 60 fps.

    How can i fix this?

    Disable hardware cursor via in-game settings.
