WotLK if exalted do you not get offered quests anymore?

i am exalted with all factions so far on frostmourne i wanted to go back and finish howling fjord quests but all the quests i shouild be able to do are not available. the only thing i could come up with is bcuz im exalted i cant get the quests anymore. if this is the case im gonna delete my toon so i can get the chievements

You gotta track low level quests on minimap. You're probably level 80 and you're trying to find quests that are grey for you.

im talking about quests in howling fjord not low level gray ones

Howling Fjord quests are about lvl 68-71. Most of them being considered "low level" for a level 80 player.

Do you remember where you left off with your quests, go there and talk to named NPC's.
