    How do we contact GM?

    I wanted to ask to get Ashen Verdict ring quest again as I grabbed a new character. I don't have any options other than Ban appeal so I can't create a ticket. Even in-game GM service is not responsed for 3 days. What to do?

    Just wait a reply. (opening a ticket in-game is indeed how you contact a GM)
