Currently, I am over 30 hours old. I heard the ban will be lifted within 24 hours, but why is it still like this?

I hope the time I have to wait is marked somewhere. I want to hear the exact and detailed reason why I am banned.

The person in charge said that the ban would be automatically lifted within 24 hours, but it didn't happen as he said.

I am currently enjoying the game in Vietnam. I think there is a disadvantage because the internet connection in my area is not good.

It seems that they banned all IP from Vietnam.

Yeah seem like they block ip as 123.16.0.0 and that was ip of vnpt, largest isp in vietnam. I dont know why they do such thing. And not much vietnamese play this realm either. I got suddenly disconnect about 38 hours before, guess that the time they start the ip block.
