Technical didn't get arena points

Hello, i play rate arena 2x2 12 times last week, but arena points were not credited. What is the problem?

how many games have played the team that week?

The team has to play at least 10 games and you must play at least 33% of the games played to receive the points.

so, for example, if the team have played 100 games that week, your "12 games" are not enough because it is less than 33%
