I want to start playing again WoW, I want to ask are there any donors on Frostmourne realm like on IceCrown realm? Because I want to play where people cant buy gear via shop.

Frostmourne has coin shop but not the same way Icecrown does. Items are available on Frostmourne shop only once a lot of players get them manually in-game. It's more of a catch up mechanic.

1. Frostmourne have shop feature, but it is far from being what you'd call P2W, it is more like "catch-up".
2. Buying gear = getting it faster. There is nothing cool, heroic, honourable etc. in wasting several monthes to get one piece of gear from bosses that was killed by you dozens or hundreds of times.
3. Frostmourne is kind of cookie-cutter server, where hungry for achievements players race each other with BiS and most meta specs for realm first on new raid releases, might be not what you are looking for. Nothing stops you from enjoying "non-donor" gameplay on casual-friendly Icecrown or elitist Lordaeron. Because ONLY way "filthy donator" who paid for his full BiS character can be problem for you is PvP. And there are tonns of F2P players with BiS here aswel. If you are focused on PvE, any realm suits you.
