Technical I lost access to 2 premium accounts

I lost access to 2 premium accounts, so I sent email to info.warmane.com including:
- I sent Donation IDs.
- Screen shots for collecting Christmas gifts on those accounts.
- Warmane backups of those accounts.
- Examples of usage/access patterns like IP logins.
- Design Patterns for premium accounts.
- Google Authenticator ID, and old passwords.
- I even included usernames and old passwords for all premium accounts.
- WTF folder .

Which proves usage along several years, ownership, legitimacy since the beginning.
This Was on 25th of October and I missed the opportunity to donate on those 2 accounts.
Until now I have had no response, so what am I missing?

Hello,

Just wait for the response from the support, but you know that you are responsible for the account, they are there to help once and possibly twice as far as returns are concerned. They do not deal with suspicious activities.

Exactly my point, I never needed to recover accounts, nothing is forgettable about passwords, Google Authentication automatically backs up to google drive.
I lost access to 2 emails, but authentication was still protecting warmane accounts.
But warmane's recovery allows you to disable it from website provided you have access to email(s), and ask for a new password.
Back then yahoo did not allow for same phone in different emails, google authentication was not existent, hence I recovered some accounts but still not able to recover those two premiums.

As nothing changed during the years, so why those accounts were recovered:
To circumvent google authentication meaning, those accounts were "recovered" or stolen to be precise.



But donation ids should confirm ownership along other patterns and emails from skrill and google.

So my question is there anything else I am supposed to provide?
Because whoever stole them cannont and will not provide such proofs.

It is best to wait for support at this time, only they can help with this topic, be patient, it may take a few days because of the holidays.

You are responsible for the security on your accounts, including your email accounts. Change passwords at least once every 3 months (I change mine every month with a randomly generated one). In some cases they won't do anything if they look into it and decide it was negligence or shared on different IP's over the course of play. The only option you have now is to wait for a response and hope they take your side. I know it sucks, not trying to be a dick (I'm one naturally) but you might have to just suck up the losses and start over.

Whoever hacked it already stole over 140k in gold/items (all the gold) , hacked 2 other normal accounts,I already lost 5+ characters among other things.

So i am not talking about my loss, I am talking about 2 premium accounts nearly as old as molten: played a lot on them, spent coins/donate, that is to say I proved/can prove ownership or provide whatever information needed for it's recovery.

and what information I should be including?
I sent donation IDs, backups, screen shots, Google Authenticator IDs, and old passwords...the usual stuff.

"unique" fingerprints:
Design patterns that can only be created at the beginning, which both are unique to each account, but also shared elements across accounts, like different pieces of a puzzle, that only multiple accounts holders know about, usage pattern too which also have many shared info.

-Risk Management (response plans in case of a threat,risk mitigation/minimization/control).
-Recovery (reverting back to normal state) .(backups,..etc).

Because no system is a 100% penetration proof (a rule for designing any security system), IT Security isn't just about prevention, it's also how to control the "incident/threat" and how will you recover from it when it happens.

Even companies and government get hacked, and those are the designers of IT Security:Microsoft/Yahoo...etc,
and these have tons of measures: personnel/physical hardware/software, and many layers (networks/os/appserv/web serv/db serv/ even net protocols designed/implemented in the house), and they use multiple protection techniques (encryption/tokens/re-writing request and queries/forwarding/time limitation/..).

You are just a "remote user":
you as an end consumer is bound by whatever choices they provide you to secure your account:it was password only, now pass+auth (generally),

What you can do however:
1- Create multiple accounts,link them with certain patterns that is to connect them, and patterns to divide them, like jigsaw puzzle:

This adds another way for identification and another layer to bypass(multiple different emails), on top of the original accounts.

Only you the puzzle writer can identify every piece (account,unique ) and know what is the picture (shared pattern, all accounts), while minimizing loss due to dividing information.-------->Risk Mitigation/Minimization/Control



2- Hiding Your Identity Online:

Business emails were different: you could use a phone,fax..etc, not to mention that as a business your identity can be verified and linked to that account.
Almost the opposite applies to you as individual.(consider account access to your amazon account with CC info in it?, the more you revealed the easier it was to assume your identity,deduce patterns/guessing pass...etc).
So you can also divide emails accounts by functions:Gaming emails, Financial Emails, Business Emails, Personal Emails.


Reasoning?

1- You might not understand the necessity of this, but consider that 10 years ago, the only option you had to protect your emails is password! no phone, no google auth, no ways to distinguish humans from machines,no alternative emails, almost nothing at all except a security question!

2- Most importantly:no incentive for the email provider to care! business emails where paid for, personal emails are free, not to mention with many were getting hacked, responding to 1k+ (rather vastly more) is a waste of time and resource, while also might result in legal liability if the identity was wrong.

Notes:
1- VPNS/Proxies: IP or "the original geolocation" was(is??) almost a decisive factor on recovery ,but they also hide your identity so never use them on your initial account creation.

2- I did not mention the normal ways to protect your account by protecting pc and network connections:
secure browser/secure os/firewall/antivirus/anti-phishing suites, os freeze/rollback software/os privileges and permissions , vpns, , ....you can add whatever you know here).
3- Recently with the progress made on AI and G.AI, many patterns are captured and observed, things have changed a lot since then.


So, what else should I include?????????????????????????
Because there are more stuff I sent which I have not mentioned, more ways of recognition/protection that I have not talked about, in case I missed something, I cannot figure out what it is??
