WotLK How do I report a ninja looter?

As indicated in the title, I would like to report our raid leader who ninja looted our hard earned ICC25 items. His modus is that he will roll the items then mentioned to the winner to trade him but when the winner trades him he will cancel the trade and moves on to roll another item.
