Hi, I cant find my character after like 5 months of not playing. He was warr lvl 80 and I bought some items from your shop. I want to ask if you can reset my character or something. Thank you.

on which realm?
if frostmourne, you need to transfer the character to icecrown:
https://www.warmane.com/account -> service
Select "Frostmourne - S2" as realm

I was looking if I can restore my character but even there my warr is nowhere to be found. His name was Skolacina i think or Ckola.

It would look like somebody had access to your account, to your knowledge or not, and cleaned your character(s) and deleted them after.

If it's not doable via https://www.warmane.com/account/services -> Character Restoration, nope.
