Hello I have a question,

I have joined a Naxx25 full guild that needed and extra healer, in the global they only said key was reserved. But after a few boss they suddenly change to armor prio and i cannot rand on mail item as a hpal. I win a mail item perfect for me, they refuse to give it to me and kick me of the raid right away.

Is this normal?

If leader said it's ok before first boss and then changed it during the raid, yes that's ninja.
