WotLK I can't refund items that are refundable.

I am a dumb person and I bought 2 items for 60 Emblem of Frost that are refundable, but I can't refund them for some reason and support says that they cannot help me.

Try to disable addons and do it on clean client
Upd. I've just logged in, bought item with emblems, equipped it and after refunded for full price. So it is definitely something on your end

I managed to sell those shoulders by taking off the same shoulders I was wearing. Thank you a lot, I wouldn't have made it without you.

Big -rep for warmane's support. I thought those guys were supposed to help players. Not just copy paste some bull**** about how they can't help

I haven't experienced this bug myself, but I have heard many reports here. Refunds don't work.

Maybe you misunderstood me, my hate speech wasn't directed at you. Before I posted on the forum I tried a ticket in game and there was nothing but copypasta about some BS how they cannot help me.
And it certainly wasn't on my side, which you probably didn't understand either. I had to take the shouders off so I could sell the ones I accidentally bought, how can this be a mistake on my side?
