Technical Account and Addon Settings Reset (macros as well)

hi everyone i have an issue with my account that im sharing with my brother
few days ago he was living in my apartment together with me so we was using 1 computer to play with my account and everything was perfect but now he living in other city for a while so he have his own pc and the problem is when he log my account then my macros and addons and account settings are restored to default also when i log the account then his macros , addons , account settings are restored to default so can somebody help me how can i solve this problem?

(and yes i dont have read only on any of my wow files/folders also the game is not on Uttorent so its not from that)
