WotLK Macro interactions

Hey everyone, just a question about a macro.

I have a Hemo macro to equip a weapon and cast hemo, somple. However, I've noticed something odd, idk if it's been happening the whole time and i just realised now, or what, but when I click the macro it initiates the GCD, but if I keep clicking it'll reset the GCD each time. Basically if I click fast enough the GCD keeps resetting without the actual ability ever going off. Any ideas?

Maybe your macro keeps changing weapons, so you are getting new GCDs from changing weapon all the time.

I'm not sure if that's what happening as I already have the weapon equipped at the start of the macro.

omg nevermind you were right, i happened to have a duplicate of the weapon i was equipping lmao, thank you
