Technical Download problem

Hello.
I wanted to start my adventure on this server, but I ran into a problem at the beginning.
In the "download" tab, I choose "windows" and "" wrath of the lich king ", click download and nothing happens.
Has the download been blocked by administrators? Can someone help me? possibly with a link to download?

Do you have a bittorrent client? Download one such as qbittorrent or tixati.

I have problem with this bittorent. When i try to download bitTorrent : "windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item"

Then use another client like one of the two that I have suggested. They are better than bittorrent anyway.
