Technical Game Options Not Staying Saved?

I'm continuously having to go into options, change my resolution, sound, and other settings every time I launch the game. Any suggestions?

You need to remove Read-only from your wow folder.

where exactly is this read-only ?

Right mouseclick on WoW folder, then properties. Under 'general' tab is "Read-only" disable that.
