Hello, everyone!

I recently leveled up JWC and seem to be missing some recipes that should be learnt from trainers (Brilliant Bloodstone, which was added in 3.0.1) or bought from the Kirin Tor quartermaster (Brilliant Scarlet Ruby, added in 3.0.1. as well).

Is there any more info on the matter as to why these might be missing as all the information I can find online states that they should be available.
