Hello!

Recently I've tried to do backup for my account (twice to be exact), and both times I got stuck at 99%. Now I read forum and found some previous information that it might be because of PvP realm and that you have to wait for 24 hours in order for the bar to fill up to 100%. It's been 4 days since the 2nd backup (I couldn't download it on first one neither) and I still can't download it. I've wrote ingame ticket to customer support and they have sent me to forum to seek for help. They also told me to try and use incognito mode or any other browser than what I'm using right now - nothin worked.

So please if anyone has any useful information I'd be glad to hear them out
