1. Ninja looting ban esplanation

    Hi,

recently I got banned for ninja looting and the ban has been lifted, but in the ticket appeal I have asked specifically what for have I been banned. I only got respone that the ban has been lifted and in the future I shouldn't roll need on items which aren't for my spec. Since I have been playing only mage I've had only one spec and needed only items which I actually needed. However, I still got banned and I still don't know what for, since I never roll need on items which I don't actually need. So again, please can you provide evidence which led to the ban so in the future I'll know what I actually did wrong?

    Best regards,

    Chris

  2. The evidence came from a player's screenshot, which shows who they are, and for that reason we don't share evidence.

  3. It's kinda obvious what you did wrong - you've took item that is not for mage (caster DPS role). Spirit/Mp5 stats are healer stats, trinkets like Binding Stone or Ephemeral Snowflake are not for mages.
You may argue that spirit benefits you through talents and Molten armor conversion, but in reality pure crit will
    easily outweight spirit.
Even if there is Crit as stat on trinket, it may be one that doesn't work for casters. Same with things like necklaces, rings and cloaks - if you can equip/press need on them, it doesn't mean that you have right to do it due to stats on said pieces of gear.

  4. One alternative is you needed something worse than what you already had.
