WotLK Looking For DISCRETE [PVE] Balance Druid Guide 3.3.5a (END GAME)

Hello Everyone,
As I am new with the Druid class I need a properly updated Guide on PVE Balance Druid class. The words I used properly updates because I have been searching on the internet for the same for a while and I did not find any guide that is recent. I have found that every site states different Stats Requirements for PVE Balance Spec and so I cannot trust either of them. If Anyone can be kind enough and help me with this I will be obliged.
