Technical can't trade with anyone

so i don't know what happened but today when i want to trade with someone or someone trades with me it says "you are already in a trade" how do i fix this issue?

This sometimes happens to me in raids. Normally it happens when both parties trade at the same time. All i do to remedy this is move out of trade range and retry the trade.
