WotLK Wanted to ask if I add a hd mod could that lead to a ban?

From another private server I play in there is a mod that makes HD models. Could that lead to me getting a ban? I know addons are allowed but this is listed mainly as a mod and wanted to know in advance.

There's same mods here: http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=433477 and they are ok to use.
