    World server down, lost my item

    Hi Guys, Hope you are all well.

    I just did a HALLS OF REFLECTION HEROIC dungeon and as my healer trinket dropped ( Epheremal Snowflake ) I couldn't loot it because the game kicked me out and said ' World server is down ' , when i logged back in the Dungeon was bugged. I went back into dungeon and there was no one in the dungeon.
    I've been doing HOR HC for 3 weeks straight now farming that trinket and then this happened. any help in any way would be appreciated.

    Well, farm it for another 3 weeks, that's your only option.
