WotLK Discrimination bans?

What's up with this? I noticed this yesterday among the ban messages that get shown while playing and I want to know what exactly it refers to. What do you need to do to get banned for discrimination?

I ask this cause I regularly discriminate against blood elves on Horde. I straight up refuse to group up for anything with them and actively insult them whenever I can because I hate them so should I be expecting a ban soon...?
