First, thanks for your help and the time you will take to answer me. And thank for this amazing server.
I notice that my email adress on the warmane website is : [email protected], but this is NOT my correct email adress, mine is : [email protected] (with a dot).
When i try to replace this adresse with a correct one i have this error :
"The supplied new email address is already in use."
Even if i recieve the adress on the email adress which is currently used, i would like to use the correct one (the one with a dot). But i cant change it without having this error. IDK what could happenened ...
It's weard because im pretty sure i used the correct email adress to register.
PS : i noticed that the email two factor notification doesnt work if ur using a smartphone, it goes over and over sending you new emails, but cant log in actualy...
They are the same email; gmail doesn't differentiate between [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] etc. Pretty sure Warmane stores the email as such is to prevent multiple accounts being connected to the same email.
Last but not least, can you explain to me what is a "scroll of deception" in the shop ? what is that for ? can i use any transmog item in the game, even the one who need 2200 arena rating ?
What is most secure for you ? email or authenticator verification ?
Authenticator verification is more secure since they would need to have physical access to your phone to hack your account. With email authentication they just need to hack your email.
