1. Response tme from Staff is so slow

    I've submitted a ticket via website at 2nd of September about my ban appeal. I've got no response since then. Because I'm sure it's not fair it's starting to become annoying. Every member of the staff is busy or they pick on me?

  2. Ban appeals have the lowest priority due to their nature, often taking a week to get a response.
    Not getting banned in the first place is naturally the best solution.
