New Player returning, class talk

Hey all! I played this game over a year ago and am coming back. I want to try something new, something fun. I've always been a DPS guy, tried tanking and support and I'm actually pathetic at them haha. So with that said, is there any class that's recommended? I have a level 80 hunter and 66 Paladin which again I haven't touched for over a year. I've tried Rogue before but it felt a bit complicated for me I think. I was thinking of maybe trying a Warlock or Mage maybe? I saw with Warlock that Affliction and Destruction seem to be the PvE/PvP aspects for it whereas Mage is Fire for PvE and Frost for PvP. I will be bouncing between both PvE and PvP but mainly focusing on PvE majority of the time.

Any class/build recommendations?

Play what you find fun!
Jump on Blackrock and try out the different classes/specs, read a couple guides maybe check a video or 2 and then pick.
Arms warrior is deceptively complex but it feels so good when you get it.
