the mount "X-53 Touring Rocket" originaly was a free to obtain by referaling friends but in warmane its mainly purchasable. But it costs a lot of coins and still cheapear than some other mounts but my point it's it will be nice to be added to lotarry mount rotations since there are some far more expensive mounts. But at the same time it would be realy sought afther item. Since you can't normaly obtain it unlike the other mounts. So mainly from my point of view it would be better to have mounts that you can't obtain normaly in lotarry instead of those you can actualy obtain in raids and dungeons it should boost some interest of the off meta raids for mounts.
