Realms crossfaction?

hey there, alot of people out there "myself included" thinks that crossfacttion hcs and dungs will be helpful, kinda boring to wait half a day to get a dung pop as dps since there are shortage of healers and tanks, eager to hear ur input of it,

Cross-faction wouldn't change that. You wouldn't only get extra Healers and Tanks in the queue, you would get all the other faction's DDs as well, so while there's a dubious chance the wait times could get very marginally better, they could also get worse instead.
The only real solution for shortening your queue times is playing a Healer or Tank yourself.

Unfortunately every "problem" with an mmo is a lack of churn
No reason for new players to join frostmourne as it stands, and if you dont have new players people don't leave the server one by one they leave by the guild
I heal for <Stone Cold> and its not feasible for us to push hardmodes anymore, we just had to cancel our 10m uld because we couldn't get guildies online :(
