Is it possible that character get bugged?

Hello.
I know this will sound like some complaiant but i have serious problem with my main char. I created an account more than year ago, i made 10 chars, throu mostly i play only on my main(rogue) other i just finished gearing maybe month or 2 ago and played one or 2 icc at them. I farm Voa evry week, evry char except rogue get voa gear both pvp and pve. Evry event i win mounts on all char but not on my main ofc. Evry dung for them were lucky, got gear from event dungs or heroic or raids i wanted. Generally i geared them up much faster than my main since he can win nothing...
Is it possible that my char is bugged or i did something by mistake that i dont get any event **** ? Even now on brewfest evry char have 2 mounts and bag full of them and grizle transporter. Of course not rogue, he have only one grizle transporter spare in bag, and one from previous event, so within 2 brewfest i won total ammount of 2 item stuff, zero mount from any single event. My rogue have most of achiev pts from all since i do all event and proffesions achievs etc and this is only thing that distinguishes this character from other, maybe this is problem?

No, there isn't.
There's no code going "if Batory666's char then lol rng = 0" or anything similar.

But strange thing is that 9 chars at same account are very lucky, only one first is not :D. I know there is no code like this, but maybe i did something wrong and now i have lower chances or something?

Its hard for me to belive its only very very bad luck, more than year of playing , spent 90% of play time on this char and never seen a even event thing that have random drop on my char, when all my chars get all mounts etc in first days. I guess i will just sell this cursed character
