Site Wrong purchase

I bought a 14 coin X-51 Nether-Rocket EXTREME thinking it was a 2 seater mount but it wasn't and I haven't used it yet and was wondering if there was a way I could get a refund. It was bought with coins gifted to me by a friend of mine but I don't believe that should mean I can't get a refund on a purchase I didn't want to make since I made it without prior knowledge. I was then informed by the warmane community in-game that it was in fact the more expensive 38 or so coin mount. Please help if that is possible. I made the purchase roughly 8 hours ago and there has been no progress on my in-game ticket made around the same time.

If you can't open ticket here on site, you need to send an email. As I understand, general stance is offering support for only "coins you donated" and on top of that consumable things are also exempt from refunds. But since you have it as an item still, there might be a chance if you are sincere, or at worst they will give you an official "sorry, no".
