Account suspended
Hello,
I have potentially been hacked then i changed my password. When i finally logged in, my account was suspended. It says "your Ip address is terminated due to advertising. I just joined the realm(in May 2022) and never did such a thing. Could you check please what happened and if possible to resolve the issue?

Hello, thanks for the answer. I just opened the link above and understood a possible reason of this issue. I logged in once or maybe more with my vpn working. That means i didnt get hacked but my account got suspendedf or using vpn right? Is vpn strictly against the rules? If yes/ is it still worth to make a ticket for that?

VPN is not against rules, but you can be sure that most VPN IPs are permanently banned, especially "free", trial and cheap, because people use them to break rules.
Explain the situation in your ban appeal and it will be all right.
If you need VPN, cough up the money for service more "personalized for you" are the right words I guess.
