WotLK Booty Bay Hostile

So don't know why at least I don't remember why but I am at war with Booty Bay. What can I do to reverse this ?

You killed goblins or did the pirate questline I suppose.

You have to do quests for other Steamwheedle factions. There's a goblin near the entrance of Booty Bay but I think you need an even worse reputation to be able to use him (might be worth it to check him out just in case)
