I saw a lot of topics about this issue but non of them helps me to fix the problem.
Its started around two weeks ago that game just freeze and come back after 1 min.
I can hear the background sound but the screen freeze.
Its happen only when my mouse on the left side of the screen while character info is open, and when the mouse on the right side of the screen which I have bar with spells and everything.
I tried to delete catch and it seems to fix for few days but its back again.
any help?

I had to delete my WTF folder and reconfigure all addons from scratch.

No one can really tell you since you're not providing any info about your client. Like there is indeed an ammount/combination of addons that can make your client run sluggish, but we don't know what addons you're using(a screenshot of your addons folder would be enough).
There's also Large Address Aware.
There's also just old game running on new hardware. x)

I've been running the game for over a year with the same settings and nothing has changed. This is a phenomenon that recently started for many people at the same time. Many said it was due to some update a few refreshes ago and that they would fix it in the future but it still continues.

There's also Large Address Aware- I tried but did not fix my problem
well the game is very old but my hardware still the save over 1 year and I run the game smoothly before...

Out of all your addons Carbonite COULD be a mem hog and you could also replace recount with skada(if you want).
After that, given what you said, it's probably a matter of clean windows install.
