Hello there. I would like to ask you a characters what I´ve got on my account a few years ago. I´m just wondering whats happend to then cause I would like to come back to play WOW on Icecrown. I also had a premium membership and stuffs. I can find my characters on armory section but not in my account.Could you please let me know what happend to them? Thank you so much for a respond. it means:
1. You are logging on the wrong account
2. Someone entered your accoutn -> put your character on "trade" for sell -> bought it on a different account
Btw if your account is premium, you can open a ticket on website: https://www.warmane.com/account -> support -> create ticket -> general enquiry

it seems your account is not premium. So:
1. When did you play last time?
2. On Which realm you had characters? Are you sure it was Icecrown?
3. Did you look for your character just on website or even in-game by logging with a client?
If no characters are showed on website -> it means they are flagged for a rename. So you need to log with client to set new names
btw if you have not played for 4 years there is no way you can see your characters on Armory, since they would have been flagged for a rename due to inactivty (as far as I know)
So, are you 100% sure the characters displayed on Armory are yours?
Try to send an email to [email protected] for support (to understand what happened to your characters)

check my edit, (about if you have looked for your characters just on website or even by logging with a Wotlk client and that as "not premium" you may send an email to [email protected] for support)

I don't think premium status is something that you can lose.
When you checked armory, are you sure the race, class and items match what you had? Because if you were inactive, they would be subjected to inactivity cleanup (which removes names from inactive characters).
