Technical Can't Buy Hunter Skills

HI, I'm a new player, i'm trying to make a hunter but I just Cant buy skills, I remake the cahr in all Races and Factions and aways the same problem, one time I lv up to LV 15 and still can't buy skill,

cam someone help me with it please

Can you tell us where you are trying to buy the skills, show a screenshot of what's happening, etc

Are you sure you are at proper trainer, instead of starter trainer that has only few skills?
Do you have enough money?
Maybe you have set some filter in trainer window?

I don't know how to put Scresnshot, but Yes I try several NPC, i'm sure is the right one because he shows High lv skills, But don't show the one I can buy, and I make sure is not filter related, because I made a ZERO character, take lv 6 and when I talk to NPC just Don't show the skill to buy

OK I just Reinstall the game and pre bloblem fix itself '-'

In the trainer window, see if the filter has available skills enabled.
