WotLK lagging

i got like a month this problem..sometimes i log in and all of a sudden i got like 3000k ms or 2000ms and the game is unplayable..i got very good connection but game has become unplayable..i used to play with 58-60-65 ms maximum..im not very familiar with computer issues or technocal matters..all this happend without change my settings and my computer is pretty good thanks

I use to play with 20 and now im at 200ms. There is a clear visual delay when I use my skills.
For me, its been going on for a week.
