Site Two factor removal email not being sent.

Hi!

I'm logging from a different account to post this because the other one is behind the two factor authentication on the website.

Why does the email with info never gets sent?
!Help!

I can provide acc name / email / and I got access to all of them

edit: Got my phone stolen here in brazil and I lost the google auth thing, luckily I removed it from this acc I'm using in the past
